Identity and career clarity

Successful on paper.
Quietly stuck.

I'm Mariana. I help smart, ambitious corporate women who've outgrown their careers get clear on what they actually want next, and then build it.

A little about me

I've been where you are.

I spent almost ten years at Google. I said yes to every next step, until the day I was offered a promotion and, for the first time, questioned it instead of starting on the next one.

That question changed everything. Alongside my career, and for about twenty years now, I've been on my own journey of self-discovery - healing things, learning things, and actually putting what I learned into practice. So I followed the call to help other women do the same.

Now I help women figure out what's next before making a big move. I think it comes down to three things: self-awareness, knowing your own patterns, and getting honest about what you actually want.

I work somewhere between the two camps. Half of what I use is measurable - a validated assessment, language patterns, how a nervous system actually behaves under stress. The other half doesn't fit on a chart: breath, intuition, the part of you that already knew. I've never thought you had to pick one.

The 7-Day Clarity Reset

Get clear on what you want from your next career chapter, without quitting first.

You're successful on paper, but quietly stuck. You have a lot of ideas and no clear direction, and you've been going back and forth on "should I stay or should I go" for way too long. In 7 days, with one short video and one exercise a day, you'll build your Next Chapter Statement:

  1. Your direction: one sentence about what you want your work to give you next
  2. Your three non-negotiables: specific requirements any next step has to meet
  3. What supports it: real moments from your life that point the same way
  4. What you're no longer chasing: so you can spot the wrong opportunities

"This work is perfect for people like me who thought they had their career path all figured out and years later, realized it no longer serves them."

What coaching clients say

From stuck to clear.

"I have officially made a career change! I am now a month in to my new job... It is a great fit for my values. Your coaching helped me look at opportunities in terms of values rather than just escaping my last position. This really helped me decide which opportunities to pursue."
Kendra P., made a career change after our coaching
"Mariana took me from a place of a lot of ideas but very little clarity on my long term career goals to having total clarity and a clear plan to bring that vision to life aligned to my values. I had a huge aha moment that I was way more clear on my life long goals than I realized, which reinvigorated me in a huge way since I'd been feeling stuck & overwhelmed for years."
Megan, 1:1 coaching client
"It's helpful to have someone neutral to understand how you want to organize your values and your most important non-negotiables in your current or future workspace. I got emotional just being able to narrow down what was most important to me, and that gave me so much more clarity on how to move forward as a mom, a professional with years of experience and as a leader in what I do."
Lore G., 1:1 coaching client
"Before my coaching sessions with Mariana, I was overwhelmed and unsure about how to make any progress with my career goals. Mariana helped me clarify what my values are so that I could determine both concrete next steps and an overall guiding principle to help shape my progress. I feel like I know what my next steps are thanks to her!"

Want to understand your patterns?

You already know what you do.
This is about why.

You work hard. You overthink. You keep the peace. You take care of everyone else. You chase the next thing. None of that is news to you. The interesting question is what's underneath it - and why it keeps happening even when you can see it.

Your Enneagram Profile · $27 USD · about 10 minutes to take
Not a generic report. Your actual answers shape what you get - including the sentence you wrote in your own words.
Why do I keep doing this?
Your type and which of the 27 subtypes you are - the part almost every test skips.
Why does this feel familiar everywhere?
How the same pattern plays out in your money, your health, your relationships and your work.
What am I not seeing?
The blind spot that's hardest to notice from inside it, and a prediction of what you'll do next.
What happens when I'm under pressure?
Your wings, your center, and the three versions of you: at your best, on a normal day, and under real strain.
What do I actually do with this?
A 14-day practice small enough that you'll actually do it, built to catch the pattern while it's running.

Plus a bonus nobody else does - your type crossed with your star sign, optional and genuinely fun - and the whole thing is yours to keep as a PDF. New to the Enneagram? Start here.

This is probably for you if
  • You love personal growth but suspect you're collecting insights instead of changing
  • You can explain your patterns perfectly and still catch yourself doing them
  • You've outgrown the version of yourself that got you here
Probably not if
  • You want a label for your bio
  • You want to be told you're special
  • You'd rather pick the type you like than find out which one is actually yours
The question I get most

What's up with the lizard?

I stole it from my son to use as a visual hook in a video. Then I looked up what lizards symbolise and found a reason to keep it. (Please don't tell him.)

A lizard drops its tail to survive, then grows it back. That one stuck with me, because most of this work is figuring out what to let go of so the new version of you can emerge.

They're also adaptable and resilient - they make whatever space they're in work for them. And they go completely still before they move fast, which I choose to read as strategy rather than procrastination.

Anyway. It's a green lizard and it makes people smile.
